		Required Forms All required forms for Work-Study can be found in Financial Aid and all required forms for Trust Fund jobs can be found in Payroll Services. Please contact the offices directly for New and Returning contracts. All forms must be completed and received in order to begin working.

		Break Information Employees may take a 30 minute unpaid break if working 6 or more hours each day.
